How we work
City Zen Painting is a decorative-finish painting company in New York City. We paint apartment interiors and apply specialty finishes such as Venetian plaster and limewash. Our in-house crew handles plaster repair, skim coating and Level 5 preparation, so the person who prepares your wall is accountable for how the finish looks.
Every project starts with a conversation about the space: which rooms, which surfaces, what finish and what your building requires. We write that up as a scope and a written estimate. Work is planned around co-op and condo rules, service-elevator hours and occupied homes, and the apartment is cleaned daily.
